Using Our Services

Don’t misuse our Services. For example, don’t interfere with our Services or try to access them using a method other than the interface and the instructions that we provide. You may use our Services only as permitted by law, including applicable export and re-export control laws and regulations. We may suspend or stop providing our Services to you if you do not comply with our terms or policies or if we are investigating suspected misconduct.

Using our Services does not give you ownership of any intellectual property rights in our Services or the content you access. You may not use content from our Services unless you obtain permission from its owner or are otherwise permitted by law. These terms do not grant you the right to use any branding or logos used in our Services. Don’t remove, obscure, or alter any legal notices displayed in or along with our Services.

Disclaimer of Warranty.

THERE IS NO WARRANTY FOR THE PROGRAM, TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW. EXCEPT WHEN OTHERWISE STATED IN WRITING THE COPYRIGHT HOLDERS AND/OR OTHER PARTIES PROVIDE THE PROGRAM “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. THE ENTIRE RISK AS TO THE AUTHENTICITY OF THE INFORMATION IS WITH YOU. SHOULD THE INFORMATION PROVE FAKE MISINFORMED, YOU ASSUME THE COST OF ALL NECESSARY SERVICING, REPAIR OR CORRECTION.

1. Employer

1. Dazvow only provides a technology platform that connects intending job applicants with employer(Individual,House Hold, shop owner,Corporate). It doesn’t operate any employment or offer the service of job creation to the User. Dazvow also doesn’t act as an agent of any employer in the process of providing the above-mentioned technology platform services.

2. Dazvow acts as a facilitator connecting intending job applicants to employer offering vacancy of jobs. Accordingly, the contract of sale of services on the Website is strictly a mutual contract between the User and the employer listed on the Website.

3. The wage or salary issues to a User is solely based on the direct or indirect agreement between the employer and the intended job aspirants in written or verbal or any other forms based on the job position availability.

4. The job, pattern, location, schedule, job type, position availability and any other details pertaining to the jobs are provided by the respective job employer and Dazvow has no control over such information provided by the Employer.

2. Limitation and Liability of Dazvow

In its role as a technology platform to facilitate transactions between the employer and the Users, Dazvow shall not be responsible for the operations of the employer including, but not limited to the following:

1. Timely appointment and termination or duration of the Job;

2. The conduct of Job employer’s staff, representatives or agents;

3. The condition of the Jobs, position etc. not being up to the customer’s expectation or as per he description provided by the employer;

4. Cancellation of the Job to any reasons;

5. Loss of anything or money or reputation of the applicants or Employer;

6. The employer changing a job aspirant’s job location for any reason whatsoever;

7. Employer informing a wrong claims for the assurance of the job confirmation changed eventually with or without any notification to Dazvow or the Job applicants;

8 Employer using a separate selection method to get the right aspirants even after last date mentioned in websites.

3. Responsibilities of the users

1. Users are advised to call the employer to find out the exact place of job, or any information which they may need for the purpose of getting job.

2. At the time of Interview with the employer, Users shall furnish a mobile phone call log , and any valid identity proof like aadhar card, passport, PAN card or voter identification card or any other identity proof issued by a government authority.

3. Applicants are required to reach the place at on the scheduled time.

4. All job ads published in Dazvow website shall not delete, make sure all the information are accurate.

4. Cancellation of Job ads

1. Cancellation of ads can be done through the User’s login in the Dazvow website email;

2. No refund for Any cancellation of job ads in Dazvow websites.

Solicitation

You may not use the Services or any information provided through the Services for the transmission of advertising or promotional materials, including junk mail, spam, chain letters, pyramid schemes, or any other form of unsolicited or unwelcome solicitation.

About This Terms and Conditions

Dazvow has the all the right to update and change the existing agreement any time.We may modify these terms or any additional terms that apply to a Service to, for example, reflect changes to the law or changes to our Services. You should look at the terms regularly. We’ll post notice of modifications to these terms on this page. We’ll post notice of modified additional terms in the applicable Service. Changes will not apply retrospectively and will become effective no earlier than fourteen days after they are posted. However, changes addressing new functions for a Service or changes made for legal reasons will be effective immediately. If you do not agree to the modified terms for a Service, you should discontinue your use of that Service.
